By accessing or using VahanSense (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VahanSense is a digital platform owned and operated by VahanSure Technologies (MSME Reg. UDYAM-MH-26-1130616, Pune, India). It provides vehicle diagnostic assistance, insurance policy analysis, claim decision support, policy comparison tools, and a community platform for car owners in India. The Service is available through mobile applications (Android and iOS) and the website at vahansense.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using VahanSense you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using your phone number or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vahansense.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Diagnostic and Insurance Information

Diagnostic results and insurance analyses provided by VahanSense are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional mechanical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified mechanic or licensed insurance professional before making critical decisions. VahanSure Technologies is not an insurance company, broker, or surveyor and is not regulated by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).

6. Automated Processing & AI

Some features of VahanSense use automated processing and artificial intelligence to analyse text, images, and documents you submit. By using these features, you consent to this processing. AI-generated results may contain errors and should be independently verified before being relied upon for significant decisions. You retain ownership of the documents you upload; by uploading you grant VahanSure Technologies a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

7. Community Guidelines

The community platform is for constructive, car-related discussions only. You agree not to post content that is abusive, defamatory, misleading, spam, or in violation of any applicable law. VahanSure Technologies reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality of VahanSense are owned by VahanSure Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, VahanSure Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to incorrect diagnoses, insurance analysis errors, or decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
